Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bukulu. Most of our products are made to order after your purchase is placed. Because each item is produced especially for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, wrong colour ordered, wrong style ordered, or buyer’s remorse, unless required by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged in transit, has a clear printing error, is misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at bukulu@bukulu.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is clear transit damage, a printing mistake, a misprint, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.

Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Non-returnable items

Unless there is clear transit damage, a printing error, a misprint, or the wrong item was sent, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, colour, style, or design
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Order changes and cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, we may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending it again. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect customer address details.
