Thank you for shopping with Bukulu. We are an online store and many of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then packed and shipped to you.
Order processing
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 to 7 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing may take longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- United States: usually around 3 to 8 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: usually around 2 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Europe: usually around 5 to 12 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: usually around 7 to 20 business days after dispatch
Some orders may arrive sooner or later than these estimates due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Separate shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when items are produced, packed, or shipped from different fulfilment locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking update.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the item, quantity, destination, and available shipping method.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, we may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending it again.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at bukulu@bukulu.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help where possible.
Please note that once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
